2. Once this is clarified, I’ll write up a job spec, source candidates and then run the interview process. Ensuring that you only have to spend time talking to candidates vetted by someone with 10+ years of marketing experience. 

3. An optional last step will be to mentor your new hire to help improve retention rates and to add more knowledge and experience to your team. Confidence and having someone to bounce ideas off that has been there before can be game changers.
